Help with Nav bar?

Hi,

Well I am trying to get my nav bar under the banner instead under the welcome user bit and I want it to go along the banner like this:

but instead its doing this:[IMG]

The first one fits perfectly into the template the second one goes over the page when theres room at the other side to go.

Any ideas to what I can do?
