Custom forum view. Several sections using one link
Hi, I was wondering if anyone have seen a mod or could think of how to logically do this...
We have a forum that starts to get quite large, and would like to seperate it so people who are just interested in one thing can use that link. I know you can link directly to a section like here where https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/forumdisplay.php?f=198 goes to the mods category. But what if you want to use the same category in several instances. In this example we want to have two forum entries/links. In one case we want to show the "General Forums" category with subforums and the "Sports" category with subforums. The other link would display the "General Forums" (same category as previous) with subforums, and the "Cars" category with subforums Forum layout #1 Code:
General Forums - Announcements - Feedback Sports - Baseball - Basketball - Football Forum layout #2 Code:
General Forums - Announcements - Feedback Cars - Audi - Mercedes - Toyota Thanks |
