Posting separate form results on the back-end to a discussion board

I was wondering if and how it's possible to send form results on the back-end to a private discussion board.

I basically want job seekers to be able to post their resumes on a separate form that I create (outside of vBulletin) and then post these resume form results on a Private Forum. This would have to be done on the back-end. Would this be possible with vBulletin? Anyone know how?
