Db error, looking for some advice please

Hi

I created a new usergroup last night and created a promotion, and all users with 1 post or more went into the new usergroup, since doing this i have been getting this db error for certain members and i cannot figure out why, i have put all the members back in to the registered user group and removes the 1 i created, but still getting the error, can anyone advise please?
