A new feature for installed/updated/downloaded

I would like to mark an addon as "Under Review". This means I have downloaded it and am reviewing it but haven't installed it on a live site yet. This should show up as a section for my "Installed" addons and show the author that I have it but isn't a true install.

So basically instead of a boolean status it would be a triple flag of "under review/installed/uninstalled".
