Unterminated string constant error

I'm trying to figure out what's causing this error on my site:

http://www.sevenstring.org/index.php

It says line 696, which is this line, dynamically generated by Photoplog's vBA CMPS module. I've been running that module for over a year with no problems:

If someone has any idea where the error is, I'd really appreciate it as I'm going crazy over here trying to figure it out.
