mod/hack to turn OFF/ON forum in X minutes

Hello,
as usual we can turn on or off our vbb forum in admincp,option, forum active.. i wonder if someone can help me to make a hack or mod that could help me to turn my forum on/off automatically? for exam forum will turn off every hours or every X minute and after X minutes forum turn on automatically again .
