Tracking a User

Hi,

Is there such thing as a user log? I know in the admin cp we can track what moderators / admins have done etc... but is there one for just users?

For example, i want to check up on a user and find out what exactly did they do in a particular day, what threads they viewed, what changes they made to their profile if they did etc...

Is this possible or is there a mod out there that supports this?

Please let me know as it is very urgent.
