How do I . . . . create a way for a goal of the month for subscriptions?

I was sent overhere by vb.com

I run a gaming board, and gaming servers to go along with it. Most gaming websites use phpbbnuke or some derivative that provides a module for the gaming members to help pay for the servers on which the games are run.

I have provided an example of what I am looking for below..

If you notice on the left side of the screen, there is a monthy goal, how much has been donated, and who has donated it. I imagine that something similar exists for this far superior piece of software
