ImageInfo Failed error when changing avatar

I just tried to change my avatar for no good reason whatsoever and I got the following error:

sh: /identify: No such file or directory

Has anyone else run into this? It'd be hard for me to say when it started because I almost never change my avatar. It happened both when I tried to upload my image and when I just tried to put in the url of the image file.
