Is there such a mod as this?

I was wondering if this could be done, or is there a mod already for this kind of thing?
Someone sends a MMS message to a email address, IE picture@myforumname.com and the picture is automatically uploaded to a specific forum on my board.
I want it to work a bit like phonebin.com, but its a forum!
Any ideas guys?
