Addons, Templates and all the general stuff

I am new to vbulletin; after doing a little search around here, I got kind of lost

What I am looking for is this:

1- A few free-templates to download (any website I can download ready-to-use templates so I can start changing for my own use?).

[s]2- the Youtube addon, my users want to post youtube links that open in a video window directly inside the forum.[/s]

3- I want to post the "Top ten topics" or "Most recent topics" from my vbulletin forum into the first page of another website, what add on can offer this?
