Require "install" in order to download a modification?

This is a modification currently present on www.vbhackers.com, and it is really a good way of ensuring that coders recieve an accurate install count.

Perhaps if you are concerned about excess email notifications from hacks, you could create an additional "opt-in" checkbox for hack email updates.
