Form letter post

Is it possible to have the first post in a thread appear with a set of pre-defined text in it? I require all new users to make their first post in an Introduction forum, and am considering this to help pull some teeth out of the introductions:

New Post:
Name
Games you play
Mac/LINUX/Windows
etc...

The users could remove the pre-text, i just want to help those unsure of what to post down the path.
