Colour Posting for Admins & Mods

I have a legend installed with Red for Admin & Blue for Mods - What I was wondering is could the outside border of the post change to represent the poster?

Like the border would be Red if Admin posted and Blue for Mod postings...

Interested to know if such mod exists or could be done.
