User see a popup msg while viewing a particular thread!?!

Hi

My request is a mod which can do one of the following thing.
(i am taking example of some nude pics in a thread)

1. Member has to check (or uncheck) a option while posting new or replying a thread which say- This thread contain nude pics or not. If yes, check yes
Now, when other member or guest see this thread in forum display, he should see some notification next to the thread title that this thread has some nude pic in there.

Now, when a user click on the thread (above thread) title in forum display, he should see a popup notification or some rules and agreement style box in which it say something like 'Author of this thread has confirmed that this thread has some adult content, so enter on your own risk ' and user should be offered options of continue viewing that thread or move his a** back :tired:


So, anything like this ... or somebody willing to make some hack for this purpose please..?
