Cannot uninstall hack?

I installed Moderator Application System 2.0

But after upgrading to 3.60 I could no longer uninstall it.

I have added many posts in the main thread but had no help at all.

I'm receiving this error message when trying to uninstall it.

Database error in vBulletin 3.6.2:
