[Request] MOD must have X times of Thanks to download an attachment file

Hi,

can you write a MOD code to integrate with HIDE-THANKS EXPANDED[click here] of Psionic Vision? This Mod has a feature that a member must have a specific numbers of THANKS to download an attachment file And another feature is that it can retrict the download in some boxs if don't have THANKS...... MOD is work 3.6.x [3.6.3] (maybe work is 3.5.x)

Because I'm not very good at english, if you can understand then help me! Thanks a lot
