Give Away Mod (Please)

I'm looking for a mod that allow me to run weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly give away on my forum but I havént found one yet. Does anyone know if one floating around some where? If not can some please make this hack, i'm willing to pay $$$ if neccessary.

- all user register within that month will automatically enter for the give away.

- all user that have x number of post within that month automatically enter for a different give away.

options

- allow mutiple give away run at the same time
- notify winner via PM and or E-mail
- post winner in the global announcemnt
- multiple price for each give away (first, second, third, foruth ... prize)
