Request: Downloads Area

Yeah i haven't seen one so here i go, i'd like to know if there is a coder out there who wants the challenge of making this Mod.

basically what this mod will do (or would do if created). would link to a new page on vBulletin like on vBulltin.com's Member Area where the user would need to input their customer name and password (or customer number), to access a downloads page in which the user can select only items they have PURCHASED to download.

basically what needs to be done is from another area in the mod there would be a shoping area that users could browse and see images of the products (for example skins would be screenshots) with a list of attribute like Hack/Mod name, Version, Vbulletin version (which the user could specify fields in the ACP.

once the user has selected one or more items (via a checkbox or by clicking the product and it be highlighted), the user would press a button to either "add to cart" or "Checkout" or something along those lines. one would use a cookie to store the basket information and the other would lead to the paying service (either paypal or vBulletins suscribtion service or something).

once paid the user is given a customer number and asked to enter a password to login, once they've done that they are able to loginto their Member Area and view all the items they've purchased which they can download (this would also needed to be coder for expirery date....like 60 days to download the product before its cleared from the downloads bit (if a user doesn't download it within that time then the download gets removed).

anyways i hope someone is up for the challenge, features that might come in handy for Admins:

ACP:

Allow which usergroups can access shop
Allow users to change fields (eg vBulletin version
Allow user to turn on/off the shop.

if this has already been done, please would you point me in the right direction as i've searched this place from top to bottom looking for it.
