Got our License today but can't access any mods

Hi Guys,

im brand new to vbulletin.org and vbulletin.com. Me and my partner just bought our licence about 2-3 hrs ago. We also added our email address like the green txt above states.

But after a few hours the green txt that states:

"You are currently showing up as unlicensed. To download hacks and get support you will need to go to this(or this for vBulletin-germany users) page and enter your email address, to show you are licensed. (you will need to use your customer number and password to access that page). If you are not the license owner, you have to ask the owner to add your email addy into that field for you. For further info, please read our FAQ page."

is still showing up and not allowing me or my partner to download any mods or post in the restricted zone. We have check and double checked to make sure our email address in our vbulletin members area was correct. Anyone know what the problem may be?
