Forum/Thread updating problem

Hi, I own the random-otaku.com forums and I seem to have a little problem. I will post something, go and click on the forum index and then look and it will look as if nothing is in that forum. I hit reload and there it is. Then I go into the forum and there no post there. I hit reload and there it is. This is very annoying since I want it to update as soon as I leave the page and come back. Does anyone have any ideas if this is a setting in admincp I can change or if this is a cookie problem. I just noticed it while I was at work. Their computer runs on NT or 2000 and I use XP. If anyone has an idea of what it is and how to fix it, I would appreciate it.
