Show selected sticky threads on site "new posts" and "post of last x hours"

Hi Forum,

the (search-) sites "New Posts" or "Posts of today" are very popular. Therefore I want to place selected (not automatically all) sticky threads on the top of this sites - even if the selected sticky thread is older than 24 hours or/and not new. Does such a hack already exist?
