She's like abad fart that keeps following you!

I have a user who continues to create new identities (she's on number 5 now) to get on my board! She is on AOL so I don't think there is a way to ban her by IP address. Man I wish there was a mod to ban by MAC address - that would be AWESOME.

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to get this person the heck away from my community? Is there a hack that could help?
