would anybody know this hack?

Hi im looking for this hack... its a word/ad hack where members make the post and then a key word is selected and highlighted, once you hover over it an ad shows... ive got a screen shot below.

if anybody can help then it would be much appreciated... im looking for a 3.5 hack cheers!
