better admin thread search script - more options

I'm holding off upgrading to 3.6 because I really like a few features from the comm bull mod (I know that the community bulletin mod was removed by the author due to security issues I believe.)

But this hack was great.

I never fully utilized it for all the options. I basically used the feature that pulled up a list of the most replied to post and the most read post from XXXX date. This is a great tool for qucikly finding out which threads are popular since xxxx date.

I then would skim the threads I liked best and would put them in our newsletter every few weeks.

Can someone come up with a more advanced threads search?

I'd be willing to pay for such a script.
