Reputation Alternative , more like a "valuable post appreciation system"

I have decided to put an end to the reputation madness on my site. It's causing more problems than joy. People argue, fuzz, send my moderators angry pm's if they have recieved negative reputation. A whole lot of begging-reputation threads and so on and so forth.

I'm therefor looking for an alternative. A system that can reward good posts and give a negative feedback to a post.

In my head a + / - system would be exellent. A sytem that counts how many + and how many -, a thread or post has got. And a top-list over the most appreciated post on the forum total. It should not matter how many points and such a person has recieved. Even if it is a lifelong member that has given the point, it should not count for more than -1 or 1. ( prefferable something that can be controlled )

In CP the user should be able to see which post and thread that has been the most valuable to other users.

There should be an option to add a comment to the feedback, and also who gave it, but it is absolutely not "important" as I see it.

I'm not sure if this exsists. I'm using 3.6.0
