Printer friendly members list

I've searched and if anything like this exists, I haven't found it.

My site is motorcycle touring related. We have a Roadside Assistance list where people can indicate what services they could offer to a member in need who happens to be in their area. I have presently just added custom profile fields to the members list. A member can select from a list of services that they could offer.

The problem is most people do not have access to their computer when on a trip and I would like to make the information downloadable in a format that is easy to read. I already have a hack installed to sort the list by state or province and an advanced search allows you to bring up members who are signed on to the roadside assistance program. How can I configure it though to be downloadable, printable with only selected profile fields. A .pdf would be great.
