Drop menus like "forum tools" not working (only in certain forums!)

In many forums the "forum tools", "search this forum", and "moderation(the down arrow icon) drops dont drop down. (also any other drops like them on the pages that have errors dont drop.) This error seems to only be present in forums and in the "new posts" list. Nowhere else like threads, the calender, etc. Here is a link to a forum it occurs in. As you can see the status bar (on IE at least) says "errors on page". By the way I am using Internet Explorer 7 beta3. I have tested it on Firefox, Opera, and Advanced Browser aswell. None work.
