Feedback on my logo please?

Hi peeps

I have created a new logo with 1 of the many proggies out there and i would like to know your thoughts on this?

i.e. whats your thoughts on the colours, use of graphics and the logo as a whole...

Please note that this is my 1st try and i was trying to keep my original "Bashys Place" (google colours) involved as well as this was my 1st logo and prob know by it now!!
