Question for the vB[3.5.1].Invites.System.

I currently have the style Smartblue, and am trying to install the vB[3.5.1].Invites.System. However, I am stuck at the part in the readme where it says:

In template(s) navbar
FIND

<if condition="$show['registerbutton']">

REPLACE WITH

<if condition="$show['registerbutton'] AND !$vboptions['invites_reg_only_by_invite']">

Where can I find that. I dont seem to see it.
