Why Does This Refuse To Work?!

I have had v3 arcade for a while now and now I try to add games lik pacman and they dont seem to install, I get this same dang error every time I install a game and I have no idea why!

I have reinstalled v3 arcade and to no avail.

This is the error:

v3 Arcade - [--Game--]
