Graphics + Header coding request Please!

Hello everyone.

I have a small request to most of you, but big in my terms. I am looking to do a header image on my default skin.

I was thinking a design such as the name like so:

- Yaris Tuners -
Toyota Yaris Discussion faded from a white background or something into some carbon fiber on the right with a picture of a flint mica yaris sedan and a blazing blue yaris hatchback on the right OVER the carbon fiber.

Does anyone get what I am saying? Also, it needs to be liquid, so that is where I need coding help... I need to have a spacer section of carbon fiber somewhere from where the fade is complete to where the pictures of the cars start so it will stretch and look beautiful.

Let me know if you could help, or know of anyone that could help. I am a young IT Tech that has just spent a couple hundred on starting a site, and just want it complete. Thank you!
