Default Admin CP Forbidden
When i try and access the admin cp options i get the following error.

Quote:
Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /forum/admincp/options.php on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
Apache/1.3.34 Server at www.efaces.net Port 80
Any idea on how to fix it?
