How to hyperlink the banner

How can I hyperlink the banner so that everytime someone clicks on the banner it redirects him to my homepage. I know how to do that on the default code. But the skin I am using right now does not have the default code. It displays the banner by this code in the additional css definations

i don't know how to hyperlink the image nay help will be much appreciated.
