newbie questions
i have vb3.5.4 w/ a vbadv portal and photopost.
my log on is confussing for a new site. some browsers and or different pcs react different.
example is when some people log on it goes to the you are logging on page. then redirects to the portal page saying that you are on as a guest. but if you click on forums it will take you to the forum page and your logged on ok. then you can proceed anywhere else on the site your fine. this even happens if you clicked remeber me.
where this becomes an issue is my site i try to keep private to members only. and im new site and some users give up and dont proceed to take that extra step into the forum section because they think they wont be able to see anything. is there anything i can do about this or is all on the users pc?
