Center Froum Categories??? Navbar buttons??

How do i center my forum categories? And how do i seperate them completely (so its not one whole "block/box", but each category is its own "block/box")

Also, about my navbar. I had custom flash buttons made but dont know the code to put up the buttons on my navbar (i want to get rid of the current buttons and put up these ones i have) Do i add the buttons on my server first, or host them?
