Banning User VIA Server Resolve

I'm trying to block a certain domain from visiting my web site, specifically, a certain company. They have tried using their corporate computers, and then when I blacklisted them - they started using dialup. The thing is though, I know it is them because their connection ALWAYS goes through a certain server.

Is it possible to ban users automatically if their connection passes through a certain server? I would really appreciate a hack like that!
