Req: Make Quick Style Chooser to normal Stylechooser

On my forum I observed that 99 % of all user (1600) have the default style from 10 existing styles.
I think the most of them don't know that if using the quick style chooser this is only temporary, I even myself recognized this after a long time.
How could it be possible to make it, if using the quick style chooser, the selected skin gets also changed in the Miscellaneous Options?
