Help: Moving Forums to a new server

Hi,

My domain name is being renamed - what this means is that I will lose all my files etc...

To restore the forums on a new host can I: simply download my forum directory and upload it to the new location. The SQL DB should remain intact and at the same location so all I would have to do is update the bburl in the settings table and the odd chmod for the avatars folder etc...

Have I missed anything?
