HELP upgrading to 3.54

We are currently running 3.0.7 and want to upgrade now to 3.5.4
We have vBookie and V3arcade hacks installed.

Can anyone tell me if it should be possible to upgrade in some uncomplicated way without losing our hacks. So far all attempts have come up with errors, specifically...

We've tried rebuilding bitfields and running the upgrade script, and still ended up with the same error.
