Love Points System

Does anyone remember or know of the "Inferno Warning System" well recently a guy on E-Chattie Forums has made a love points, but users have to manually put it in their Siggy. Is there anyway of making a thing rather like the "Inferno Warning System" that automatically places the love point in the "Postbit" and restrict it?

Of course users can click the

1. you can only give out one love point per day, if you give out two love points in the same day, your second one won't count

2. you can only give love points on this thread, no giving love points through PM

3. you can deduct love points, but you must have a reason for doing so, you do not need a reason to give love points, but if you want to, you can

4. banned users lose all their love points

5. you can't give yourself love points

This is my idea:

a User could add something by clicking this button
A User could take a love point away by clicking this button

It would be displayed like this Just like the "Inferno Warning System"

As love points fill it would do something like this .

Also next the the image, Love Points: (10%) so on and so forth...

Obviously not exactly like that because it would be a breach of Copyright.
