How do I get advanced login stats?

Dunno if this requires a mod as such (I guess some leet sql ninja can tell me how to do it with a query ), but besides knowing post rates and such, I wanna get some stats about the login rate per individual member. So how do I do that, it doesnt have to be some nifty graphics or anything, I just need som info about specifik login rates on my forums

What I mean is:

How do I check which/how many days & dates a member has logged into my forum, and not only the last login, post etc?

And ehh, Im defenately NOT quilified to call myself coder or anything else in that catagory, Im a c/p coder if any, so if anyone has a solution for this, please keep my extreme noobieness in mind
