Default Email Notify?
Is there a way to notify users or groups everytime a new thread is started in a particular forum?

I run a board for a bunch of Fantasy Baseball Leagues and want EVERYONE to receive an email ANYTIME a New Thread is started within the Commisioner Announcements Forum.

How hard would this one be?
