DTS and Last visited?

The Date & Time Options and the "You last visited:" displays need to be fixed.
As a resident of Los Angeles, California, I have set my timezone properly from the "Edit Options" page in the User C/P, to GMT -8 Pacific Time. I also have the DST set to "automatically detect." The time here is now 5:29 PM, but FORUMNAME says that it is 6:29 PM (notes time of post). I have toggled the DST settings too, but when I set the DST to "always off" it resets it to 7:29 PM, and "always on" sets it to 6:29 PM again.
As for the "You last visited:" display (at the top right of most pages, under the "welcome" and over the PM display)... it seems to record the last time you posted, not the last time you visited (i.e. logged in and read and/or refreshed any pages without posting). So either the label to the display should be changed to "You last posted:" or the time should adjust to show the time of your last activity, as the current label seems to imply.
(Edit: Just noticed that even after this post, the "You last visited:" display now reads, "You last visited: Yesterday at 6:02 PM" so it is obviously, more "broken" than I thought.)
We all have friends from around the world at FORUMNAME, so this fix would be extremely helpful in our efforts to keep all the time differences straight. Thank you. :Zinn
