Arcade help needed pretty urgent

I have the ibpro arcade installed but when i go there site and then try to get to the vb heklp section i have no luck

So im posting here as im sure some here have it installed and came accross this problem.

It is the very first edited

Goes at very top of the index.php root file.

This seems to redirect my members to the forum main page for somereason when they hit play on a game. Before there was a post over at there support on the new one to add but i cant reach there.
