LIFE SAVING HELP NEEDED - request is easy, + cash reward offered!

Ok this will literally save my life really! The following problem is very simple but hard to resolve.

Ive got uShop/uCash...., that works fine with all my default members, now what ive done was created a new usergroup, and this goes under the custom usergroups sections, its for my promoted members. Ive now realised people who get promoted to the custom usergroup that i had created, they can see the uShop but when they open the menu up and click something it dosent work??? It works for all the other default groups..., and before you ask ive worked all day today trying to resolve it, and yes ive set the permissions and everything the same as the primary groups i checked this like 25 times!!

Ive promised my members promotions and now it seems like if they get promoted they wont see the uShop fully....., ohhh please help me! :disappointed: i think some sort of php file from the uShop needs to be edited but not sure which one or how...,

But my custom usergroup see the shop, but gets this limited menu and when they click this happens:
