Group Promotion Change on "X" Referrals.

Just as the title says"
If a user refers 10 people or whatever you set it to, he changes groups.

And to prevent abuse:
A threshold of "x" posts the referred users must make for a referral to 'count'. Otherwise, someone could just sign up 25 members and steal the promotion.
