Top 10 Referer's | Search for Users by number of Referrals

I'm looking at ways to increase traffic on my board, one idea was to have a listing of the Top 10 Referer's available for members to see.

The Top Referer would get a prize, blah blah blah.

Mod Request:
- Top 10 Referer's (postable and visable to board members)
- Search for user (in User management section) by number of referrals

What do ya think?
