Worried to say the least
Hi all,
I am reasonably experienced at coding, although I use a program rather than writing raw script. I have coded my website and now I want to do my forum. I have my forum layout completed in photoshop and I have sliced it all ready. Crossreferencing with the standard template Ive left the correct , expandable content boxes for all the vbulletin "stuf" i.e. navbar, actual forums and posts. Then I went and took my first look at the styles editor... I was blown away... Its all text, no way of previewing looks without saving it, no real help in it. Is there any tutorial or easier way of moving from layout to coded forum? I have it saved for web, but I need to get it onto my forum in a new skin. I have created the new skin but need to input all the codes etc. If anyone understands me or if there's something I am doing wrong please tell me! Hopefully it isnt as daunting as it looks! Questions: Where do I start !? Should I do it step by step... i.e. header template first? Agh what to do... Well any help will be great! -Sam |
